How do I return/exchange products?

From the day you receive your order you have 30 days to return your item. Our system does not allow exchanges, so if you want to exchange an item, return the item you have ordered and place a new order in our online shop.

  • Mark the package clearly with the order number and write the sender details (your name, address, and post code) on the package.
  • You pay the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend you use tracking when you send the return, to ensure safer delivery. If you send your return without tracking it, we are not responsible if the delivery goes missing during transit.
  • The return must be sent within 30 days of your receiving the order. If the product is not sent within 30 days, you no longer have a right to return the product.
  • We will refund you for the product as soon as we have received it. You must return the product in its original condition (unless the product was damaged on arrival) in its original packaging.
