NAIVE SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: 22 February 2021.
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) describes our practices regarding the cost, processing, shipping, and delivery of any orders you place through the NAIVE website (“Site”). Under this Policy, local orders refer to orders with their shipping address in Sweden. International orders refer to orders with their shipping address in any other country outside of Sweden.
We may review and change this Policy at any time. Please, ensure you review this page before placing an order on the Site.
1) ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed for delivery within 1 – 3 business days after the confirmation of your order. For the sake of this Policy, “business days” shall mean all working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Upon processing your order, NAIVE will ship it and notify you of shipment via your email address and/or phone number. Please, be aware that the order processing time may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control (e.g., item unavailability or COVID-19 effects).
2) ORDER TRACKING
We provide tracking upon shipping your order. When we ship your order, we will send you the tracking number (along with the instructions for tracking) to the email address and/or phone number you provided to us. Please, ensure the email address and phone number you provided are accurate and valid.
3) LOCAL ORDER
Only the Standard method of shipping is available for local orders, and the shipping and delivery are provided through Postnord. The shipping fee for all local orders is FREE. The estimated delivery date is between 1 – 3 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are merely estimated. Orders may be delayed as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
4) INTERNATIONAL ORDER
We provide two methods of shipping for all international orders: Standard and Express.
- Standard shipping: We ship all Standard orders through the local postal service of the applicable shipping location. Standard shipping fee for international orders is FREE. The estimated delivery date for standard shipping will depend on the distance of the shipping address. This will be calculated and displayed to you on the order checkout page and in your invoice.
- Express shipping: We ship all Express orders through the DHL Express. The applicable shipping fee and estimated delivery date for all Express orders will be calculated and displayed to you on the order checkout page and in your order invoice.
5) CUSTOM DUTIES
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the government of the location of the shipping address. If this applies to your country, you may be subject to such fees. NAIVE does not have any control over these fees; therefore, it is your responsibility as a customer to pay them. To learn more about customs and the applicable amount, please review the information posted by your government about customs fees.
6) LATE ORDERS
If your order delivery is past the estimated delivery time, please allow up to 10 days before contacting us. Orders may be late due to circumstances beyond our control, including due to pandemics and the regulations applicable in the country of the shipping address. If after 10 days your order is not delivered, please reach out to us at email@example.com. We will help you find out why the order is late and provide a possible solution.
